How do I break my addiction to sugar? – If you were addicted to heroin could you break the addiction on your own? I highly doubt it. Sugar effects your brain in ways similar to heroin addiction. This means that YOU CAN NOT BREAK YOUR SUGAR ADDICTION without help. Some people use artificial sweeteners such as Aspartame and Splenda. Both of these are known carcinogens and should be avoided at all costs. I heard artificial sweetners are not good for you like aspartame. But heard nothing about sucralose. Will it have the same effect? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, so I cannot drink Monster (the energy drink) or it makes me feel so sick i might throw up my guts, but im fine with drinking Amp (the energy drink). If i drink 1 or 2 amps a week (no more) then i am fine. but i cant have more than that. Does that mean im allergic to caffiene?

No, because all of them have caffeine in them. It means that your body does not like the other substances that are contained in the drink.
